It is our Vision and mission to create and continuously improve in our Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) practice, in order to become and remain one of the safest, most efficient in the field. The management of Qaedat Al-Bina recognizes that every employee is entitled to be provided with a safe and healthy working environment in all our jobsites. The main objective of this policy is to create a Zero accident project and hundred percent safety in our construction sites.

Follow Safety - First approach and commitment in all activities and operations so that the safety of the staff takes priority over all other considerations.

Have a dedicated and well trained OH&S Section headed by the Safety Officer.

The OH&S Section monitors continuously all practices and supports the management and staff with expert advice, guidelines, education and training.

Yearly review of our Occupational Health & Safety Procedures to ensure observance to them.

Ensure that risk assessment is applied to all activities within the office premises and site offices.

Monitor Occupational Health & Safety performance by tracking and following up accidents and near hits by the OH&S section, taking preventive and corrective measures and addressing hazardous situations or practices.

Educate our staff and others as applicable in Occupational Health & Safety issues through regular Toolbox Talks and in depth training sessions.

This policy shall apply to every employee who is working in Qaedat Al-Bina sites including the subcontractor personnel.
